Synchrotron SAXS data from solutions of oxidised chloroplastic calvin cycle protein CP12i in 50 mM phosphate buffer, 50 mM NaCl, 20 mM oxidized DTT, pH 6.5, were collected on the SWING beam line at the SOLEIL storage ring (Saint-Aubin, France) using a CCD AVIEX detector at a sample-detector distance of 1.8 m and at a wavelength of λ = 0.1033 nm (I(s) vs s, where s = 4πsinθ/λ and 2θ is the scattering angle). One solute concentration of 0.54 mg/ml was measured at 20°C. 250 successive 1.500 second frames were collected. The data were normalized to the intensity of the transmitted beam and radially averaged; the scattering of the solvent-blank was subtracted and the data were scaled for protein concentration.
