Synchrotron SAXS data from solutions of phosphocholinase AnkX in 300 mM NaCl, 2 mM 2-mercaptoethanol and 30 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5 were collected on the BM29 camera at the ESRF (Grenoble, France) using a Dectris Pilatus 1M detector at a wavelength of λ = 0.09919 nm (l(s) vs s, where s = 4πsinθ/λ, and 2θ is the scattering angle). One solute concentration of 8.00 mg/ml was measured. The data were normalized to the intensity of the transmitted beam and radially averaged; the scattering of the solvent-blank was subtracted.
