Ras-related protein Rab-1A DAMMIF model

Synchrotron SAXS data from solutions of Ras-related protein Rab-1A in 300 mM NaCl, 2 mM 2-mercaptoethanol and 30 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, were collected at the SWING beam line at the SOLEIL storage ring (Saint-Aubin, France) using a CCD AVIEX detector at a sample-detector distance of 1.2 m and at a wavelength of λ = 0.103 nm (I(s) vs s, where s = 4πsinθ/λ and 2θ is the scattering angle). Solute concentrations ranging between 2 and 6 mg/ml were measured at 15°C. 240 successive 1.2second frames were collected. The data were normalized to the intensity of the transmitted beam and radially averaged; the scattering of the solvent-blank was subtracted and the different curves were scaled for protein concentration.
