Synchrotron SAXS data from solutions of Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase in complex with oxidised chloroplastic calvin cycle protein CP12 in 30 mM Tris, 4 mM EDTA, 100 µM NAD, 5 mM free cysteine, pH 7.9 were collected on the SWING beam line at the SOLEIL storage ring (Saint-Aubin, France) using a CCD AVIEX detector at a sample-detector distance of 1.8 m and at a wavelength of λ = 0.1033 nm (I(s) vs s, where s = 4πsinθ/λ and 2θ is the scattering angle). One solute concentration of 16.00 mg/ml was measured at 20°C. 250 successive 1 second frames were collected. The data were normalized to the intensity of the transmitted beam and radially averaged; the scattering of the solvent-blank was subtracted and the different curves were scaled for protein concentration.
