Synchrotron SAXS data from solutions of the complex formed between toxin GraT with antotoxin GraA in 50 mM Tris 250 mM NaCl 2 mM TCEP, pH 8 were collected using size exclusion chromatography SAXS (SEC-SAXS) on the B21 beam line at the Diamond Light Source (Oxfordshire, UK) using a Pilatus 2M detector at a sample-detector distance of 2.0 m and at a wavelength of λ = 0.10332 nm (l(s) vs s, where s = 4πsinθ/λ, and 2θ is the scattering angle). SEC-SAXS was performed at 10°C using the following parameters: Column: Shodex KW402.5-4F; Flow rate: 0.2 mL/min; Sample injection concentration: 12.5 mg/mL; Injection volume: 40 μL. 1200 successive 0.500 second frames were collected. The data measured through the SEC elution profile of the sample were normalized to the intensity of the transmitted beam and radially averaged; the scattering of the solvent-blank was subtracted and the individual subtracted data sets were scaled and averaged to generate the scattering profile displayed in this entry.
