Synchrotron SAXS data from solutions of Jagged1 cysteine-rich domain (CRD) 42 µM in 20 mM HEPES, 150 mM NaCl, 2 mM CaCl2, pH 7.4 were collected on the B21 beam line at the Diamond Light Source storage ring (Didcot, UK) using a Eiger 4M detector at a sample-detector distance of 4.0 m and (I(s) vs s, where s = 4πsinθ/λ, and 2θ is the scattering angle). One solute concentration of 1.25 mg/ml was measured at 20°C. The data were normalized to the intensity of the transmitted beam and radially averaged; the scattering of the solvent-blank was subtracted.

The expected molecular weight of the protein quoted above excludes the contribution of N-linked glycans. The total expected molecular weight of the protein in a monomeric state is 30 kDa (protein, 25 kDa plus glycans, 5 kDa). X-ray wavelength: UNKNOWN. Exposure time = UNKNOWN.
