SASDK73 – double Element for Nuclear Expression (dENE) Crystal Structure
Synchrotron SAXS
data from solutions of
double Element for Nuclear Expression (dENE) Crystal Structure
in
50 mM KCl, 1.0 mM MgCl2, 10 mM MOPS, 25 uM EDTA, pH 7
were collected
on the
G1 beam line
at the Cornell High Energy Synchrotron Source (CHESS) storage ring
(Ithaca, NY, USA)
using a Eiger X 1M detector
at a sample-detector distance of 1.7 m and
at a wavelength of λ = 0.12 nm
(I(s) vs s, where s = 4πsinθ/λ, and 2θ is the scattering angle).
One solute concentration of 0.55 mg/ml was measured
at 22°C.
60 successive
1 second frames were collected.
The data were normalized to the intensity of the transmitted beam and radially averaged; the scattering of the solvent-blank was subtracted.
