Synchrotron SAXS data from solutions of the SARS-CoV-2 nsp7/nsp8 complex in 50 mM Tris, pH 8.0, 100 mM NaCl, 4 mM DTT, 4 mM MgCl2, pH 8 were collected on the EMBL P12 beam line at PETRA III (DESY, Hamburg, Germany) using a Pilatus 6M detector at a sample-detector distance of 3.1 m and at a wavelength of λ = 0.124 nm (I(s) vs s, where s = 4πsinθ/λ, and 2θ is the scattering angle). The data displayed for this entry shows the scattering from a sample at 2.08 mg/ml measured at 20°C. Concentration series SAXS data spanning 1.23 - 32.1 mg/ml are provided in the full-entry zip archive. 20 successive 0.0950 second frames were collected per sample and corresponding solvent blank. All data were normalized to the intensity of the transmitted beam and radially averaged; the scattering of the solvent-blank was subtracted.
