Synchrotron SAXS data from solutions of lysozyme crystallization solutions with precipitants in 200 mM K/Na tartrate, 100 mM tri-sodium citrate pH 5.6, 2.0 M ammonium sulfate, pH 5.6 were collected on the EMBL P12 beam line at PETRA III (DESY, Hamburg, Germany) using a Pilatus 6M detector at a sample-detector distance of 3 m and at a wavelength of λ = 0.124 nm (I(s) vs s, where s = 4πsinθ/λ, and 2θ is the scattering angle). One solute concentration of 20.00 mg/ml was measured at 20°C. 20 successive 0.100 second frames were collected. The data were normalized to the intensity of the transmitted beam and radially averaged; the scattering of the solvent-blank was subtracted.

Experimental SAXS data set from lysozyme crystallization solutions with precipitants from crystallization kits CS1 and CS2. The oligomeric composition (volume fractions of monomers, dimers, and octamers) were estimated by OLIGOMER. Volume fractions of octamers are within 4.9 and 21.1 %. An additional zip file made available in the full entry archive contains the OLIGOMER fit files, volume fractions and a Table key with information about the buffer composition.
