Synchrotron SAXS
data from solutions of
Complex glycan contactin-2 ectodomain, 50 μM
in
25 mM HEPES, 500 mM NaCl, 500 mM imidazole, pH 7.5
were collected
on the
B21 beam line
at the Diamond Light Source storage ring
(Didcot, UK)
using a Eiger 4M detector
at a wavelength of λ = 0.1 nm
(I(s) vs s, where s = 4πsinθ/λ, and 2θ is the scattering angle).
One solute concentration of 6.45 mg/ml was measured
at 21°C.
15 successive
0.100 second frames were collected.
The data were normalized to the intensity of the transmitted beam and radially averaged; the scattering of the solvent-blank was subtracted.
Total expected molecular weight = Amino acid sequence MW + MW for 11 predicted N-glycosylation sites.
