Calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase type II subunit alpha PDB (PROTEIN DATA BANK) model

SAXS data from solutions of calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase type II alpha (CaMKIIα) WT hub domain in 20 mM MES, 150 mM NaCl, 1 mM DTT, pH 6 were collected using a Xenocs BioXolver L with MetalJet (University of Copenhagen, Department of Drug Design and Pharmacology) equipped with a Pilatus3 R 300K detector at a sample-detector distance of 1.0 m and at a wavelength of λ = 0.13428 nm (I(s) vs s, where s = 4πsinθ/λ, and 2θ is the scattering angle). One solute concentration of 4.60 mg/ml was measured at 25°C. 10 successive 60 second frames were collected. The data were normalized to the intensity of the transmitted beam and radially averaged; the scattering of the solvent-blank was subtracted.
