Synchrotron SAXS data from solutions of light-adapted AsLOV2 domain in 20 mM Tris, 200 mM NaCl, pH 7 were collected on the 4C beam line at the Pohang Accelerator Laboratory (Pohang, South Korea) using a Rayonix SX165 detector at a sample-detector distance of 3 m and at a wavelength of λ = 0.0734 nm (I(s) vs s, where s = 4πsinθ/λ, and 2θ is the scattering angle). One solute concentration of 24.98 mg/ml was measured at 24°C. 50 successive 10 second frames were collected. The data were normalized to the intensity of the transmitted beam and radially averaged; the scattering of the solvent-blank was subtracted.
The SAXS data of AsLOV2 in the light-adapted state were measured where the target sample was continuously illuminated at a wavelength of 455 nm.
