Synchrotron SAXS data from solutions of Proliferating cell nuclear antigen:PCNA-associated factor (PCNA:P15) titration, 150 µM:300 µM in 137 mM NaCl, 2.7 mM KCl, 10 mM sodium phosphate, 2 mM potassium phosphate (PBS), pH 7 were collected on the EMBL P12 beam line at the PETRA III storage ring (DESY; Hamburg, Germany) using a Pilatus 2M detector at a sample-detector distance of 3 m and at a wavelength of λ = 0.124 nm (I(s) vs s, where s = 4πsinθ/λ, and 2θ is the scattering angle). Solute concentrations ranging between 1.3 and 20 mg/ml were measured at 25°C. The data were normalized to the intensity of the transmitted beam and radially averaged; the scattering of the solvent-blank was subtracted.

The Rg and the MW are not properly estimated as the curve has been truncated to avoid interparticle interactions. This is a profile from a titration series.
