Zip file contains the SAXS multiple data set of synthetic liposomes composed of 30% bPS + 10% POPC + 40% SM + 20% Chol lipid mixtures loaded with M1 protein. Experimental small-angle scattering data are the files with extensions (*.dat). The best fits of the SAXS curves obtained by BILMIX program are the files with extenstions (*.fit). The restored electron density profiles of the lipid bilayer before and after loading with M1. The molar lipid/M1 ratios are the following: (1) no M1, (2) 67:1, (3) 30:1, (4) 20:1, (5) 15:1, (6) 10:1, (7) 7.5:1, (8) 5:1.
