HEWL powder was dissolved in 0.2 M glycine-hydrochloric acid buffer (pH = 2.2) to form amyloid fibril solutions. These basic solutions were addedwith 80 mM NaCl. To induce the process of fibrillization, the prepared solutions were heated for 2 hours at 65 °C under constant stirring of 1200 rounds per minute.
