The N-terminal GST-like domain of P. berghei cytosolic glutamyl-tRNA synthetase (ERS-N). The construction displays a glycine insertion after the first methionine and additional residues at the C-terminus, which are derived from cloning procedures. ERS-N in the Q complex is present in two copies, each one associated to a monomer of tRip-N.
