Non-structural protein V (ΔC-terminal and Y111A, Y112A, Y113A mutant)

PNT3 region from the Hendra virus V protein without a C-terminal region and where three tyrosines have been mutated to three alanines (Y111A, Y112A, Y113A). The native sequence of the fragment is preceded by a stretch of 22 vector-encoded residues (MSYYHHHHHHLESTSLYKKAGF) encompassing a hexahistidine tag.
