Beclin-1 (C18S, C21S, A103V, C137S, C140S)

Preceding to the sequence of Beclin 1 there is a GAMDP sequence. This construct includes Beclin 1 amino acids 1 to 150 which is majorly an intrinsically disordered region (IDR). In this Beclin 1 IDR construct the two invariant cysteine motifs (CxxC motifs) between amino acids C18 and C21 or C137 and C140 are mutated to serine. Since all of the four cysteines are mutated to serine, this construct is a tetrad mutant (CysTM) of the wild type construct.
