Structural polyprotein (Capsid protein VP3: K947R; Δ756-843; Δ977-1012)

The core domain of the RNA-binding capsid protein VP3, Infectious Bursal Disease Virus, has an N-terminal 6xHis tag followed by a TEV-protease recognition site (MGSSHHHHHHSQDLENLYFQGGS) and a K947R point mutation. The N-terminal region of VP3 (756-843) and C-terminal tail (977-1012) have been deleted.
