SAXS data from solutions of the RimP-uS12 complex in 50 mM sodium phosphate, 200 mM NaCl, pH 7 were collected using a Xeuss 3.0 SAXS/WAXS System at the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR: Dubna, Russian Federation) equipped with a Dectris / Eiger2 R 1M 2D-detector detector at a sample-detector distance of 1.8 m and at a wavelength of λ = 0.154 nm (I(s) vs s, where s = 4πsinθ/λ, and 2θ is the scattering angle). Solute concentrations ranging between 3 and 8 mg/ml were measured at 20°C. 100 successive 0.010 second frames were collected. The data were normalized to the intensity of the transmitted beam and radially averaged; the scattering of the solvent-blank was subtracted.
