Synchrotron SAXS data from solutions of the rPTPε/phospho-Src complex in 20 mM Tris , 50 mM NaCl, 5 mM DTT, pH 8 were collected on the 23A1 beam line at the NSRRC (Hshinchu, Taiwan) using a MAR 165 detector at a sample-detector distance of 2.6 m and at a wavelength of λ = 0.08267 nm (I(s) vs s, where s = 4πsinθ/λ, and 2θ is the scattering angle). One solute concentration of 6.00 mg/ml was measured at 15°C. Five successive 330 second frames were collected. The data were normalized to the intensity of the transmitted beam and radially averaged; the scattering of the solvent-blank was subtracted.

The displayed model is without the 6-His tag at the N-terminus of phospho-Src and few residues are missing in the N-terminus of rPTPε.
