Synchrotron SAXS
data from solutions of
HIV-1 Reverse Transcriptase monomer (p66 subunit with W401A mutation) bound with Efavirenz
in
20 mM Tris-HCl, 100 mM NaCl, 1 mM TCEP, pH 7
were collected
on the
BL1.3W beam line
at the Synchrotron Light Research Institute (SLRI) storage ring
(Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand)
using a Rayonix SX165 detector
at a sample-detector distance of 1.7 m and
at a wavelength of λ = 0.137 nm
(I(s) vs s, where s = 4πsinθ/λ, and 2θ is the scattering angle).
One solute concentration of 6.74 mg/ml was measured
at 16°C.
One
600 second frame was collected.
The data were normalized to the intensity of the transmitted beam and radially averaged; the scattering of the solvent-blank was subtracted.
